Berlin: The Berlin and Hamburg offices sponsored a two-day convention on Bilateral Agreements organized by the European Forum of Deposit Insurers.  Among the participants were representatives of European deposit insurers, the Federal Bank, the ECB, BaFin as well as the European Commission. Henning Berger made a presentation on EU law requirements concerning bilateral agreements.
