Panama City, Panama : Jonathan C. Hamilton (Washington, DC), participated in the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) Americas Workshop on "Commencing an International Commercial Arbitration: Fundamental and Strategy." He presented the findings of The Inaugural Survey of Latin American Arbitral Institutions, a first-of-its-kind survey identifying more than 165 arbitral institutions in Latin America as well as prominent international arbitral institutions. The Survey emerged from Hamilton's previous chairmanship of the ITA Americas Initiative.
