Practice Experience 
Christian Wirth's main areas of practice are insurance law, construction law, and banking law.

In the area of insurance law, which includes all kinds of indemnity insurance and personal insurance, Mr. Wirth advises national and international clients, including leading insurers and investors, on all questions in connection with insurance contracts.

In the field of private construction law, Mr. Wirth renders advice to his clients during all stages of a building project. This comprises the drawing up and negotiating of contracts through the turnkey completion, including accounting and remedying defects. His clients are, in particular, institutional investors and construction firms. Mr. Wirth is involved in several major construction projects in the Berlin government quarter and in the development and construction of sports facilities.

Mr. Wirth advises banks and enterprises with regard to the conclusion of credit agreements, the providing of security and the handling of credits. Additionally, he represents clients in litigation matters.
