Diversity of the lawyers and staff at White & Case is a source of strength, vital to our ability to represent effectively our diverse community of clients throughout the world. Our mission is to continue to build upon this strength and create an environment where all who work here are encouraged, assisted and inspired to reach their potential, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status or disability.
Our Diversity Committee coordinates with the Firm’s Women’s Initiative, Women’s Network, Employment Committee, Lawyers Committee, Training and Development Committee, Professional Development and Recruitment department and Pro Bono department to develop and drive innovative and strategic diversity initiatives. These include leadership training, workshops on preventing sexual harassment and discrimination, mentoring, creation and support of affinity groups and professional development programs geared to help our lawyers succeed while feeling respected and valued.
As a global firm, we are fortunate that the nature of our partnership ensures a rich and complex community. If you have questions regarding any of the Firm's diversity initiatives, please contact our manager of diversity programs, Maxine Williams at mwilliams@whitecase.com.
