Representing 85 nationalities and speaking more than 60 languages, the diversity of our legal and professional staff is a source of strength, vital to our ability to effectively represent our diverse community of clients throughout the world.

We are pleased to share that White & Case is ranked 2nd in the American Lawyer's 2011 Diversity Scorecard based on a survey of approximately 200 of the country's largest and highest-grossing law firms.

Our mission is to continue to build upon this strength and create an environment where all who work here are encouraged, assisted and inspired to reach their potential, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status or disability.

Our goal at White & Case is to be a leader in the effort to maintain and increase diversity in the legal profession globally as well as in our own Firm. The Firm has launched two formal diversity and inclusion initiatives: the Diversity Initiative and the Women's Initiative.
