Ellen Meyer-Sommer works as a lawyer in the area of insolvency law with a focus on insolvency administration. She has been a trustee and insolvency administrator appointed by the Local Court of Norderstedt since 2007.
Ellen Meyer-Sommer specializes in the continuation and liquidation of companies from various business sectors. She also advises clients on insolvency and corporate law issues. Her field of activity comprises both the support of creditors, shareholders and executives prior to the opening of an insolvency proceeding as well as the advice on liability and avoidance issues. Furthermore, she specializes in drafting insolvency plans and "insolvency-proof" agreements.
Ellen Meyer-Sommer joined the White & Case Hamburg office in 2002.
