Moderated by London Head of Leveraged Finance, Lee Cullinane, the seminar will include a presentation on the double Luxco structure used in French LBO financings by Gilles Peigney, Paris Head of Bank Finance. This will be followed by a panel discussion on current structuring and other challenges, and key hot spots that have arisen since the credit crises in LBOs in England, France, Germany, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.
