Practice Experience
Florian Degenhardt specializes in bank finance law. He advises banks, financial institutions, investors and companies on national and international finance transactions (including refinancings) and their structuring as well as all related corporate and regulatory law aspects.
Florian Degenhardt has extensive experience in complex project finance transactions, PPPs, asset finance (aircrafts or ships) and corporate financings. He has outstanding expertise in the area of renewable energy, where he has counselled on numerous finance transactions in Germany and Europe over the last few years.
In addition, Florian Degenhardt advises on banking regulatory and banking law, including product-specific issues, NPLs and covered bonds (Pfandbriefe). Here, he benefits from his in-house bank experience and his work as a trustee for a major German bank.
