Practice Experience
Franck De Vita, partner at White & Case LLP Paris, has been with the Firm since August 2000. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and securities law.
Mr. De Vita regularly advises private equity funds as well as multinational corporations. He has extensive experience in the areas of leveraged buyout transactions, venture capital and restructuring regarding corporate financing.
He also advises listed companies or investors on French stock exchange regulations (tender offers, acquisition of stakes, IPO, mandatory disclosures). Mr. De Vita regularly represents clients in connection with filings as well as litigations with the French Market Authority and banking authorities.
He also provides a broad array of advice to investment firms and financial service providers on regulatory matters (licensing with the French market authority, EU Directive passports, investment funds and other financial products). Mr. De Vita also works with BNP Paribas Investment Partners in establishing special purpose French management companies and special purpose entities.
