Franck De Vita is a partner and has been with the White & Case LLP Paris since August 2000. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and securities law.

Franck regularly advises private equity funds as well as multinational corporations. He has extensive experience in the areas of leveraged buy-out transactions, venture capital and restructuring in relation to corporate financing.

Franck also advises listed companies or investors on French stock exchange regulations (tender offers, acquisition of stakes, IPO, mandatory disclosures). He regularly represents clients in connection with filings as well as litigations with the French Market Authority and banking authorities.

Franck also provides a broad array of advice to investment firms and financial services providers on regulatory matters (licensing with the French market authority, EU Directive passports, investment funds and other financial products). He also works with BNP Paribas Investment Partners in establishing special purpose French management companies and special purpose entities.
