White & Case partner Prabhu Narasimhan has been named in the highly competitive LexisNexis Tax Journal's "40 Under 40" for 2015. “40 Under 40” is a guide to 40 leading tax professionals (from accountancy and law firms, HMRC, the tax bar and industry) based in the United Kingdom, under the age of 40 as of January 1, 2015 who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their careers to date, as verified by Tax Journal and independent researchers.

Prabhu is a partner in the Firm’s global tax practice in London. He advises high-value clients on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters including corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment and hedge funds, structured finance and financial restructurings and real estate.
