Mr. Grzegorz Jukiel is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw, Law Faculty.  He is an expert in tax law and a tax advisor.

Since 1986, Mr. Jukiel has worked for one of the leading consulting firms as a Senior Manager, specializing in Transaction Tax Advice (earlier in Tax Due Diligence).

During his career, he supervised tax reviews and tax due diligence projects, and managed M&A transactions from a tax perspective. He was responsible for domestic and international tax structuring of transactions, SPA reviews, as well as tax modeling.

Mr. Jukiel conducted projects for: Mittal Steel, CC BEV, Advent, Enterprise Investors, Orkla Media, Axel Springer, Riverside, MCI, Hortex, CCHBC and many others. He is also a very successful team leader – Mr. Jukiel built a due diligence team and a transaction tax team.

Additionally, Mr. Jukiel is an author and co-author of a number of press articles.  He co-organized and conducted tax conferences, seminars and trainings.
