Practice Experience
Mr. Kashar is a partner in White & Case's New York Capital Markets Section. His practice focuses primarily on corporate finance and general securities and corporate matters.
Mr. Kashar has extensive experience representing investment banks, issuers and investors in connection with public and private securities offerings, tender offers and consent solicitations and a broad range of other financing transactions. He is involved in all aspects of structuring, negotiation and documentation of these transactions. Mr. Kashar has experience in a wide variety of industries, including retail, industrial, gaming and lodging, telecommunications, energy and oil and gas.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Kashar served as an extern to the Honorable Nathan L. Hecht of the Texas Supreme Court.
