Henning Berger concentrates in public commercial law, with a particular focus on financial regulation, and in insurance law.

In the financial services area, Henning Berger advises public institutions, banks and insurance companies on corporate and product related issues. He has gained extensive experience concerning insurance schemes for financial institutions and pan-European activities of financial service providers.

Furthermore, he advises on privatization and public-private partnerships, on environmental and planning law as well as on constitutional and European law.
