Henning Mordhorst practices in the area of insolvency law, insolvency administration as well as the law of secured transactions Since 2004, he has been appointed as an insolvency administrator by several insolvency courts in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein.

Henning Mordhorst has extensive experience in corporate reorganization and restructuring as well as representation in insolvency law matters and adjoining legal areas such as corporate and banking law. Furthermore, he advises companies and management board members on liability issues as well as corporate and group structuring concepts.

Henning Mordhorst is a lecturer at the Free University of Berlin. In addition, he frequently publishes and lectures on topics related to insolvency law and secured transactions.
