Practice Experience
Jochen Artzinger-Bolten advises investment banks, issuers and other market participants on the entire range of German and international debt capital markets products.
He has a particular focus on pan-European placements as well as all types of (structured) issues and (structured) Schuldscheine. Furthermore, his practice also includes the establishment of, and on-going advice on, issuance programs as well as any associated securities and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining White & Case at the beginning of 2004, Jochen Artzinger-Bolten gained extensive experience in international capital markets law by working in the London and Frankfurt office of an international law firm for six years.
