• Advising Digital Realty Trust, one of the world's largest data centre developers, on the acquisition and leasing of various data centres;
• Advising Research in Motion on its global data centre projects;
• Acting for Starwood Capital Europe on its £30 million acquisition of a multi-tenanted office tower in London;
• Advising Doughty Hanson and Liberty Property Trust on their joint venture acquisition of Blythe Valley Business Park from The British Land Company Plc for up to £161 million;
• Advising Doughty Hanson in relation to their joint venture with Liberty Property Trust and the acquisition of 20 office buildings at Kings Hill Business Park, Kent;
• Advising a major institutional contractor in relation to the real estate aspects of several of their PFI bids for the Building Schools for the Future government initiative;
• Advising Richard Desmond's Northern & Shell Group on their letting of Channel Five's former headquarters;
