Practice Experience
Jan Pařík specializes in Czech corporate tax, cross-border taxation, individual income taxation, and M&A and reorganization accounting and taxation, and has over eight years of professional experience.
As a tax and accounting consultant, Jan has been involved in all stages of numerous LBO deals, M&A projects and due diligences in industries such as real estate, industrial manufacturing, internet services, photovoltaics, education and healthcare for clients including Benson Oak Capital, ARX Equity Partners, Riverside, Česká spořitelna, Merill Lynch and Bayerische Landesbank.
Jan has also gained experience in the completion of corporate and individual income tax returns, as a defense advisor to clients subject to tax audits, long-term financial modeling and non-performing loan restructuring for clients including ING Real Estate, Raiffeisenbank, Marriott, E.ON, Celestica and TRW.
Jan has been a licensed tax advisor in the Czech Republic since May 2004.
Prior to joining White & Case in June 2007, Jan worked for large professional service firm in the field of audit, tax and advisory for over three years.
