Jan specializes in Czech corporate tax, including cross-border taxation, and has over six years of professional experience.

As a tax and accounting consultant, Jan has been involved in all stages of numerous LBO deals, M&A projects and due diligences in industries such as real estate, industrial production, internet services and healthcare, typically advising private equity investors and individuals.

Jan has also gained experience in the completion of tax returns and as a defense advisor during tax audits.

Jan has been a statutory tax advisor in the Czech Republic since 2004.

Prior to joining White & Case in June 2007, Jan worked for KPMG for over three years.
