Practice Experience
Kristina Zissis is a member of White & Cases' International Trade Group. Ms. Zissis concentrates on advising clients in matters related to US antidumping and countervailing duty laws, US customs law and World Trade Organization (WTO) law. She also represents clients in administrative proceedings before the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission, and related litigation and appeals before the US Court of International Trade, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, North American Free Trade Agreement bi-national panels and the WTO.
Ms. Zissis previously worked in the Office of the General Counsel at the US International Trade Commission, the Office of the Chief Counsel for Export Administration at the US Department of Commerce and the Office of the General Counsel at the Office of the US Trade Representative.
