Anthony Lavers won the Emerald Literati Club's 2003 Highly Commended Award for his article “Expert Valuation Witnesses in the UK - Problems and Solutions” which appeared in the Journal of Property Investment & Finance Vol 20 no. 4, 2002 and was co-written with Professors Neil Crosby and John Murdoch of Reading University.
