Our Miami office was established in 1987 and is the hub of our active Florida and Latin American practices. Its 90 lawyers provide clients in Florida and other states in the Southeast with a wide range of services including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, financial and capital markets transactions, banking, real estate, tax, litigation, bankruptcy, environmental and project finance. Many lawyers in the Miami office have special capabilities in Latin American capital markets transactions, project development and finance, privatization and mergers and acquisitions.
