Practice Experience
Matthew Judd is a partner in the global Investment Funds Practice Group at White & Case. Matthew advises private equity managers and banks in relation to the structuring and establishment of private equity, real estate, infrastructure, mezzanine and distressed debt funds, fund of funds, secondaries, carried interest arrangements and co-investment plans. Matthew has extensive experience in a wide range of jurisdictions, including the emerging markets.
Matthew joined White & Case in January 2007, prior to which he was a partner in the Private Funds Group at a leading London law firm.
Matthew is named as a leading funds lawyer in Legal 500, Chambers, PLC's Cross-border Private Equity Handbook and the "Who's Who of Private Funds Lawyers".
