Tal Marnin (New York) will moderate the "Ethics in Employment Law" live, interactive seminar at the New York City Bar Association. This seminar will address ethical issues that arise in employment litigation and internal investigations. A panel of experts, including Tal, will examine a number of issues through the use of hypotheticals, including those related to class actions, surveillance and investigations, as well as confidentiality and settlement agreements.
