INSIGHT—France's Love Affair with Nuclear Cools

A new generation of engineering graduates from the Corps des Mines academy in Paris are having a change of thought when it comes to nuclear power and this change could make the efforts by President Francois Hollande to cut reliance on nuclear power a reality.
