White & Case Advises Basalt Infrastructure Partners on Acquisition of Blatzheim Networks Telecom and SOCO Network Solutions

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Basalt Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of bn:t Blatzheim Networks Telecom GmbH and SOCO Network Solutions GmbH, full-service telecommunications providers based in Germany.

Basalt are seeking to build out their telecoms portfolio and are looking at further targets in Germany in this sector.

White & Case partner Marcus Booth, who co-led the Firm's deal team, said: "We have a longstanding relationship with Basalt and this is our second deal for them since the acquisition of Comax, and their first deal in Germany. This transaction was an excellent opportunity to support our client in this exciting field and we deployed a team across five offices to support Basalt who are an important client of the Firm."
