White & Case Advises BYTE Acquisition Corp. on Merger with Airship AI Holdings Inc.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised special purpose acquisition company BYTE Acquisition Corp. on the completion of its merger with Airship AI Holdings, Inc., a robust AI-driven edge video, sensor and data management platform for government agencies and enterprises, and the listing of the combined company on Nasdaq. The new company is operating as Airship AI Holdings, Inc, and its shares and warrants began trading on December 22, 2023 under the ticker symbols "AISP" and "AISPW," respectively.

Airship AI's products gather unstructured data from surveillance cameras and sensors, applies artificial intelligence analytics and provides visualization tools to improve decision making in mission critical environments. The company aims to improve public safety and operational efficiency for the public sector and commercial customers by providing predictive analysis of events before they occur and meaningful intelligence to decision makers. As a public company, Airship AI is better positioned to take a significant share of the approximately US$7 billion edge AI software and hardware addressable market, which is projected to grow to over US$40 billion in 2030.
