White & Case Advises Celestica Inc. on Acquisition of PCI Limited for US$306 Million

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Celestica Inc., the Toronto and NYSE listed electronics design, manufacturing and supply chain solutions provider, on its acquisition of PCI Limited, a fully integrated design, engineering and manufacturing solutions provider, for US$306 million in cash from Platinum Equity.

"This important transaction enables long-standing client Celestica to further diversify its customer base and join forces with a business that is aligned with Celestica’s strategic objectives," said White & Case partner Ashley Ballard, who led the Firm's deal team. "Our role advising Celestica on the transaction demonstrates our ability to work seamlessly across multiple time zones and geographies and showcases the firm’s truly global strengths."

Singapore-based PCI is a fully integrated design, engineering and manufacturing solutions provider with five manufacturing and design facilities across Asia.
 
Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
