White & Case advises Delivery Hero on €2.3 billion equivalent syndicated loan financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Delivery Hero SE on extending the maturity of its existing US$813 million and €300 million term loans, raising additional term loans with an aggregate amount of approximately €740 million equivalent, increasing its existing revolving credit facility to €500 million and borrower-friendly amendments to the loan terms.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Vanessa Schürmann, Gernot Wagner and Yannick Adler (all Frankfurt) and included partners Justin Wagstaff (New York), Thilo Diehl, Sebastian Schrag and Bodo Bender (all Frankfurt) and associates Benjamin Morrison, Viraj Bathe (both New York), Timo Lockemann, Merve Mert and Ann Marie Hovey and international associate Juliana Leao (all Frankfurt).
