White & Case advises on €200 million syndicated term loan B for Renta Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised J.P. Morgan SE, Nordea Bank Abp, DNB Bank ASA and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) as mandated lead arrangers on the establishment of a syndicated €200 million senior term facilities agreement for Renta Group, a Finnish equipment rental company and an IK Partners portfolio company. 

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Hadrien Servais (Brussels, Luxembourg) and Jeremy Duffy (London) and included partners James Greene (London) and Carl Hugo Parment (Stockholm) and associates Sophie Rezki and Phil Houten (London), Scott Goldner (Brussels), Max Axelsson and Filip Westling (both Stockholm).
