White & Case advises on financing for acquisition of FCG Group by IK Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Danske Bank A/S and Swedbank AB on the senior financing, and Capital Four on a holdco PIK financing, for the acquisition of FCG Group AB by IK Partners.

FCG is a leading governance, risk and compliance services provider offering advisory, outsourcing, GRC technology and fund administration services to the financial services industry across Europe.

IK Partners is a European private equity firm focused on investments in Benelux, the DACH countries, France, the Nordics and the UK. Since 1989, IK has raised more than €14 billion of capital and invested in over 160 European companies.
