White & Case advises on PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s second PLN 500 million mortgage covered bonds issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. as issuer, and Erste Group Bank AG and PKO Bank Polski S.A. as joint bookrunners, on PKO Bank Hipoteczny's PLN 500 million mortgage covered bonds issuance.

The bonds mature on June 26, 2026 and represent the second issuance of PLN-denominated covered bonds under PKO Bank Hipoteczny's €4 billion International Covered Bond Programme in 2023 on which White & Case has advised. The bonds are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. 

White & Case also advised on the previous update of the International Covered Bond Programme, which was approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier on June 14, 2023, as well as on a number of earlier updates of the programme and issuances of covered bonds by PKO Bank Hipoteczny.
