White & Case Advises SMBC on a Senior Secured Term Loan Facility

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) and a group of commercial banks in connection with a senior secured term loan facility extended to Gasoducto de Zapotlanejo, S. de R.L. de C.V. (GAZA), a subsidiary of Grupo SIMSA and owner of a natural gas transportation pipeline located in the State of Jalisco, Mexico. The proceeds will be used by GAZA to repay existing debt and for other corporate purposes.

SMBC acted as a structuring bank, sole global coordinator, bookrunner, arranger and hedge coordinator for the facility.
