White & Case advises Triton Partners on investment in Wavelynx Technologies

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Triton Partners (Triton) on its investment in Wavelynx Technologies, a leader in the field of secure and open mobile-first identity and access control solutions, based in Colorado, USA.

"We have advised Triton on this important investment, which will support Wavelynx Technologies' next phase of growth," said White & Case partner Ben von Maur, who co-led the Firm's deal team. Triton is a leading European mid-market sector-specialist investor, focused on investing in companies in the business services, industrial technology, healthcare and consumer sectors.

Founded in 2013, Wavelynx Technologies Wavelynx is an open and secure access control platform that allows businesses to modernise their authentication technology.
