White & Case Advises Zanite Acquisition Corp. on US$2.4 Billion Business Combination with Eve

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Zanite Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: ZNTE), a special purpose acquisition company focused on the aviation sector, on its agreement to enter a definitive business combination agreement with Embraer S.A. to acquire EVE UAM, LLC (Eve), an Urban Air Mobility (UAM) business spanning electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicle (eVTOL) design and production, service and support, fleet operations and urban air traffic management. Upon closing of the transaction, Zanite will change its name to Eve Holding, Inc. and will be listed on the NYSE under the new ticker symbol "EVEX."

Eve is the first company to graduate from EmbraerX, the market accelerator created in 2017 by Embraer, a global leader in the aviation industry, and will continue to develop its business with Embraer pursuant to a strategic partnership. The proceeds of the business combination are expected to be used to further develop and commercialize Eve’s UAM solution and eVTOL.
