White & Case is Advising Grupo Verzatec on US$360 Million Acquisition of Crane Co. Engineered Materials Business

Global law firm White & Case LLP is advising Grupo Verzatec in connection with its pending US$360 million acquisition of the engineered materials business of Crane Co. The transaction was announced on May 24, 2021.
