Global law firm White & Case LLP is advising Grupo Verzatec in connection with its pending US$360 million acquisition of the engineered materials business of Crane Co. The transaction was announced on May 24, 2021.  

Grupo Verzatec S.A. de C.V. is a diversified company that offers a broad range of plastic-based solutions serving customers in a variety of industries. Grupo Verzatec has operational and commercial presence in the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Central and South America, and Northern Africa.
