White & Case Advises H.I.G. Europe on Sale of Anvis Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised H.I.G. Europe on the sale of its participation in the Anvis Group to Japanese automotive supplier Tokai Rubber Industries, Ltd. H.I.G. Europe is the European branch of H.I.G Capital LLC, an American holding company focusing on medium sized enterprises. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Germany-based Anvis Group manufactures anti-vibration systems designed to improve the driving dynamics and safety of automobiles. The company has 13 locations with a presence in Europe, America, Asia and South Africa.

"We are continuing our longtime advisory activity for H.I.G. with this mandate," said White & Case partner Markus Althoff. "With the support of our excellent Asia network we were able to contribute to the successful and above all efficient completion of this transaction. The deal was accomplished in less than four months."
