White & Case Elects 37 New Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today the promotion of 37 lawyers worldwide to its partnership. The promotions are effective January 1, 2015 and span 12 of the Firm's global practices and 16 countries.

Matthew C. Brown has been named a partner in our Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. Based in Miami, he advises clients on a broad range of domestic and international reorganizations and restructurings.

Eileen M. Cole has been named a partner in our Global Antitrust Practice. Based in Washington, DC, she represents domestic and foreign clients in complex civil and criminal antitrust investigations and litigations.

Enrique Espejel has been named a partner in our Global Commercial Litigation Practice. Based in Mexico City, he advises national and international companies on complex, high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration matters.

Raúl Fernández-Briseño has been named a partner in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Based in Mexico City, he advises clients on general corporate matters, complex mergers and acquisitions, securitizations, debt restructurings and joint ventures across a broad range of industries.
