Global law firm White & Case LLP represented Kelson Energy Inc. in its sale of a 968-megawatt natural gas power plant to the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). The transaction, terms of which were not disclosed, is subject to various closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.
Located in Mississippi, the Magnolia Combined Cycle Gas Plant is a modern, fully permitted generating facility with a proven operational history with TVA.
