Paris is the Firm's oldest and second-largest European office – founded nearly 90 years ago – providing essential legal advice for those seeking success in France and across the region.
The office has a substantial practice in banking, financial transactions and capital markets, mergers, acquisitions, and other combinations such as joint ventures, corporate restructuring, project finance, construction and engineering law, and international arbitration. The Paris office also advises on French labor, intellectual property, tax law, European and French competition law, and commercial litigation, white collar crime, and regulatory.
Our legal team represents French and foreign banks established in France on a wide variety of transactions, including project finance, equipment and real estate leasing, commodity, commercial paper, export credit, acquisition financings, and interest or currency swaps. The office is also extremely active in the field of European acquisitions, and has substantial experience in the financing of leveraged management buyouts in France, elsewhere in Europe, and in the United States.
As headquarters of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris is a major center for international arbitration. Our arbitration practice involves virtually every sector of international commercial activity, including the complex field of international construction and engineering contracts.

By Car
From either Charles de Gaulle International Airport or Orly Airport, the recommended method of travel is to take a taxi cab. A taxi from the airport to the Paris office should cost roughly €50 - €65 (including luggage charges and tip). The cost will be slightly less from Orly as it is closer to the city center.
By Public Transport
From Orly Airport, take the RER B to Châtelet and change for the RER A in the St. Germain en Laye direction. Stop at Auber and change for the line 14, descending at Madeleine station. From Charles de Gaulle International Airport, take the RER B to Gare du Nord and change for the RER E in direction of St. Lazare. Change here for the line 12 in the direction of Marie d' Issy and descend at Madeleine station.
Our office is located less than 5 minutes walk from Madeleine station.
