FIVE Holdings (BVI) Limited as issuer on the issuance of US$350 million 9.375% Senior Secured Guaranteed Green Notes with the prospectus approved by the DFSA.

Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company as issuer on the dual-tranche issuance of SAR 3.5 billion Guaranteed Sukuk guaranteed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under its SAR 20 billion domestic sukuk programme.

Standard Chartered Bank and other banks as dealers and joint lead managers on the update to Commercial Bank of Dubai's US$3 billion EMTN Programme with the prospectus approved by the Central Bank of Ireland and drawdown of US$500 million notes due 2028.

Investment Corporation of Dubai on the establishment of their AED 4 Billion EMTN Programme with the prospectus approved by the DFSA.
