Anna Seniuta is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance group of the Paris office.

Her principal field of experience is project finance, in particular, in relation with various issues of public procurement law, energy law and construction law.

Anna represents lenders and sponsors mostly in infrastructure, industrial and energy projects in France and Africa notably by drafting PPP and concession agreements, back-to-back agreements (EPC agreements, O&M agreements and interface agreements) as well as security documents (direct agreements).

Before joining White & Case, she was a junior associate in a major French law firm. She worked for private companies and public bodies, in national PPPs related to public service infrastructures (fibre-optic networks, heating plants and transportation), construction of airports, as well as in the implementation of real estate programs (property development agreements, public ownerships and energy performance contracts).

Anna also worked in several international law firms in Paris and within the legal department of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations where she developed a solid knowledge of public law, banking and financial issues in various areas (mining, GLN, rails, roads, ports sectors).

Representation of the Ritz Hotel Limited in connection with the refurbishment of the luxury hotel located Place Vendôme. This representation includes various development matters, including the issuance of the required authorizations (building permits and public domain occupancy on Place Vendôme) and drafting of agreements.

Representation of CIPREL, an Ivorian independent electricity producer, controlled by Eranove, itself a subsidiary of a pan-African investment fund, Emerging Capital Partners, in relation to the financing of the expansion of its power unit. We are currently advising the company on the fourth phase of the project. This transaction was named Best Sustainability Deal of the Year 2015 in Africa by EMEA Finance.

Representation of Eranove in connection with the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of one hydroelectric facility in the Republic of Mali, named Best Water Deal of the Year 2015 in EMEA by EMEA Finance.

Representation of Eranove in connection with the negotiation of a concession agreement and a power purchase agreement pertaining to the financing, design construction and operation of hydro-power plants located in Dibwangui and in Ngoulmendjim, Gabon.

Representation of an operator of a 1134 MW gas to power project in Ghana.

Representation of BOAD and BIDC, as co-arrangers, in connection with the financing, construction and operation of a combined cycle thermal power plant project (372 MW) in Songon, Côte d'Ivoire.

Representation of the project company formed by Eiffage in connection with the concession, financing, building and operation of a €121 million new section of the Dakar toll road to be fund by the Senegalese government, AFD, Eiffage and its lenders. These additional 16.5 km will connect the first section of the Dakar-Diamniadio Toll Road to the new Blaise Diagne international airport.

Representation of Eneria, the lead Sponsor in connection with the structuring and financing of a biomass fuelled cogeneration plant in France.

Representation of Allianz Renewable Energy Fund (AREF) on the acquisition of the French solar farm project with a total capacity of approximately 58 megawatts from BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH. The portfolio comprises six solar farms which are located in the south west of France.

Representation of the winning consortium in connection with the 850 MW Integrated Wind Energy Programme in Morocco launched by the Office National d'Eau et d'Electricité (ONEE), comprising a total of five on-shore wind farms.
