Bettina de Catalogne

Bettina de Catalogne is a senior associate in the Global Debt Finance Group and practices US law based in the Paris office.

Qualified in New York and Paris, Bettina's practice focuses on advising clients and the broader network of White & Case EMEA and Asia-Pacific offices on a broad range of cross-border financings involving US parties on lender, borrower and sponsor representations including general corporate finance, leveraged acquisition financings, project finance and data center financing and US security.

Bettina previous experience included working in New York on domestic US deals including asset-based financing for a wide range of sectors, debtor in possession financing and exit financing and a secondment at the legal department of a major international financial institution supporting the leveraged finance team. Bettina also worked with the Paris office on French deals including large and mid-cap syndicated and bilateral financings, margin loan financing and restructurings.
