Carlos Ruiz is an associate in the Milan office. His practice focuses on securities, capital markets and leveraged finance transactions. Carlos assists underwriters and initial purchasers in connection with secured and unsecured debt offerings, including high yield debt, through private placements pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. Carlos also works on equity offerings, particularly IPOs, both with issuers and underwriters involved in such transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2014, Carlos practiced in the Minneapolis and São Paulo offices of international law firms.
