Overview

Celia McLaughlin is counsel in the Firm’s Global Antitrust/Competition Practice. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigations and government investigations brought under federal and state antitrust and securities laws. Ms. McLaughlin also has extensive experience representing foreign sovereign clients in litigations brought under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.

During law school, Ms. McLaughlin served as an Articles Editor for the American University Law Review. She also interned at the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior law school, Ms. McLaughlin was a Consultant at Deloitte Tax.
