Overview

Christine Forschbach is an associate in the Competition, EU Law and Economic Regulation practice at White & Case in Paris.

Christine represents and assists international and French clients in relation to anti-competitive practices, commercial litigation, merger control and distribution law.

In 2023, Christine acted on vertical anti-competitive practices in front of the French Competition Authority by advising a major supplier in domestic appliances.

Before joining White & Case, Christine acquired experience as a trainee in several law firms, in the legal department of a major supplier in the beauty sector and at the Paris Commercial Court.
