Emad is an associate in our Saudi practice and is a member of the Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance group.
Emad's experience includes working on teams advising clients in relation to large scale project finance transactions.
Emad speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency, and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages.
Reprentation of Saudi Aramco in the (i) outsourcing of management of its employee benefits portfolio to a CMA-licensed manager,and compliance with Saudi Capital Markets Authority regulations and FATCA reporting requirements, (ii) in its US$100 million funding of a dedicated petroleum sciences college in partnership with a prestigious Saudi university, (iii) in its RFP to build a housing complex near a gas project on a BOOT basis, (iv) in power transmission MoUs to supply electricity to housing projects, and (v) Saudi Aramco and its subsidiaries with general Saudi corporate and commercial matters.
