Biography
Overview
Felix Höpker advises insolvency practitioners, investors, creditors and company directors on all aspects of insolvency law (including the related areas of company law, loan collateral law, real estate law, tax law and labor law).
His primary practical focus is on the administration and the winding-up of troubled companies from all economic sectors. In addition, he advises clients in the course of restructuring, reorganizing or buying insolvent businesses.
