  • Transport PPP project: advising procurers on the feasibility and development of a first of a kind PPP transport project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.*
  • Low Carbon Emission Iron Hub: advising procurers on the development of a hub to produce low carbon iron in Abu Dhabi.
  • Environmental Law advice: advising clients on regulatory, procedural and documentary requirements related to environmental laws in Saudi Arabia.*
  • Rayis/Rabigh IWTP: advising lenders in relation to the development and financing of this 150km water transmission pipeline project in Saudi Arabia with a capacity of 500,000m3/day.*
  • Al Haer ISTP: advising lenders in relation to the development and financing of this independent sewage treatment project in Saudi Arabia with a treatment capacity of 200,000m3/day.*
  • Ajban solar IPP: advising a consortium on its bid to develop and finance this 1,500MW solar photovoltaic independent power project in Abu dhabi, UAE.*
  • DEWA solar IPP (Phase VI): advising a consortium on its bid to develop and finance this 1,800MW solar photovoltaic independent power project in Dubai, UAE.*
  • AMUNET Wind IPP: advising Sumitomo Corporation on the acquisition of an equity stake in the project company for this wind power project in Egypt.*
  • REPDO Round 3 solar IPP: advising lenders in relation to the development and financing of solar power projects in Saudi Arabia with a combined capacity of 1.2GW.*
  • Project Magma: advising Veolia Middle East on the acquisition of a first of its kind hazardous/radioactive waste treatment project from ADNOC Refining.*
