Heli is an Associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Projects and Asset Finance practice group in the Melbourne office.

Heli advises on the acquisition and development of major infrastructure and construction projects. She has acted for corporate and government clients including, project sponsors, lenders and borrowers and subcontractors.

Experience

Heli's experience includes representation of: 

Korea Electric Power Corporation, Kyushu Electric Power Co. and Electricite de France as international sponsors on the financing closing of the US$3.8bn Project Lightning in the United Arab Emirates, alongside local sponsors ADNOC and TAQA. 

SKY Renewables S.a.r.l in relation to its acquisition of a majority interest in solar project development platform Yotsuya Capital GK. 

Asian Development Bank in relation to the PHP$4.8 billion funding of up to 800 telecommunications towers in the Philippines.  

Downer in relation to the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program which will build 65 new six-car passenger trains at a purpose-built manufacturing facility. 

Suburban Rail Loop Authority in relation to the environment and planning approvals, and the development of project documents for its 90-kilometre orbital rail line project. 

Crowley Australia in relation to the construction and operation of a bulk fuel storage facility and ancillary infrastructure for the transfer and storage of jet fuel at East Arm, Darwin.

Atmos Renewables in relation to its acquisition of the Karadoc Solar Farm in north western Victoria, along with an option to acquire interests in a number of BayWa r.e.'s Australian wind development projects. 

Igneo Infrastructure Partners in relation to its acquisition of a 60% stake in Lal Lal Wind Farms Partnership. 

Japan Petroleum Exploration Co on its acquisition of a minority interest in JERA FLNG Holdings LLC.

Star of the South advising on land assembly, planning and environmental approvals for its proposed offshore wind project.

AusNet Services in relation to the environment effects statement process for its Western Victoria Transmission Network Project. 

Major Transport Infrastructure Authority on public law decision-making and statutory issues for the Metro Tunnel Project. 

RES Australia in relation to its planning application for the Dulacca Wind Farm.
