Ijeamaka is an associate in the Project Development and Finance practice in the Firm's Chicago office. She advises on the development of domestic and international construction projects and is skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial transaction agreements, including engineering, procurement and construction agreements and associated ancillary documents for energy-sector projects.

Ijeamaka also has experience representing lenders and other firms in finance transactions involving energy and other commodities.
