Julia Sitter's principal area of practice is corporate law.
She specializes in the law governing stock corporations and corporate groups with a focus on advising listed companies and medium-sized businesses. A significant portion of her practice involves representing clients in litigation arising out of the German Stock Corporation Act, including actions related to general meetings, appraisal proceedings and other corporate disputes.
She also advises management and supervisory board members on all aspects of corporate law and related areas, in particular committee work, on the preparation and execution of general meetings, structural and capital measures, conflicts of interest and liability issues. Julia Sitter is a member of the DVFA Working Group "Corporate Transaction & Valuation".
