Biography

Overview

Karolina Brzeska is an associate in the White & Case Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration practice; she is experienced in representing clients in both court proceedings and arbitration. She specializes in complex cross-border, local infrastructure and construction disputes as well as disputes arising out of M&A and other corporate transactions. Karolina also advises clients on restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

Karolina worked in W&C's Dubai and Sydney offices, where she was seconded in 2018 and 2019 to work with the Global International Arbitration Team and the Construction Team. Since then, Karolina has been frequently involved in arbitration cases conducted by the Dubai and London offices.

In 2019, she passed the bar exam with the highest score in the capital city of Warsaw.

Karolina is currently pursuing her postgraduate degree in energy law at the Warsaw School of Economics.
